How do I become a customer?

This is our wholesale (business to business) website. Apply to become a stockist by emailing emma@wildspiritlondon.com with details of your store including name and shop address. 

Order Value & Delivery

Minimum order is £100 ex VAT.

We aim to provide quick delivery on all UK orders correctly placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays & Bank Holidays should be expected the following working day. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery.

UK - DHL Express (2-3 day delivery) £8.00 flat rate.

Out of Stock & Pre-Order Items

If an item you wish to purchase is out of stock click on email notifications to be notified when stock is replenished.

Pre-Order items are due in stock within 28 days and will be shipped out as soon as they arrive.

Marketing Material

As a customer, you are authorised to download images and use for your own commercial use on marketing material, website and social media platform.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Should you have a discrepancy with your order please contact us within 5 working days of receipt via email emma@wildspiritlondon.com

Any faulty items should be reported within 12 weeks to sales@wildspiritlondon.com where a replacement will be issued if stock allows, or a credit or refund will be processed for the item.
